Skarner, is of the top three junglers in the game currently, and part of a 'god-mode' tier if you will. Skarner has an amazing clear time, and even better post-6 ganks if you manage to make good use of your ulti. His ganks pre-6 are not too bad either. His q does have a slow, although I feel this is overlooked by many people, but just imagine a giant rock scorpion running at you with a red buff.

Skarner lashes out with his claws, dealing physical damage to all nearby enemies and charging himself with Crystal Energy for several seconds if a unit is struck. If he casts Crystal Slash again while powered by Crystal Energy, he deals bonus magic damage. Whenever he hits a target with Crystal Slash he gains a stacking buff that increases his Attack Speed for a few seconds.
Skarner deals 20/32/44/56/68 (+80% bonus Attack Damage) physical damage to all nearby enemies. If a unit is struck, he charges himself with Crystal Energy for 5 seconds and gains 8/10/12/14/16% Attack Speed for 5 seconds, stacking up to 3 times.While Skarner is charged, Crystal Slash deals 20/32/44/56/68 (+20% Ability Power) bonus magic damage.

Skarner gains a shield, and while the shield persists his Movement Speed is increased.
Skarner is shielded for 80/135/190/245/300 (+80% Ability Power) damage for 6 seconds. While the shield persists, Skarner gains 16/20/24/28/32% increased Movement Speed that ramps up over 3 seconds.

Skarner summons a blast of crystalline energy which deals damage to enemies struck and slows them.
